REIKI LEVEL 1
CERTIFIED COURSE
Reiki Level 1 represents the beginning of the Reiki journey and focuses primarily on self-healing, personal transformation and establishing a strong energetic foundation. Before we can effectively support the healing of others, we must first learn to nurture and heal ourselves.
During this level, students are introduced to the history, philosophy and principles of Reiki. They learn what Reiki is, how it works and how to consciously channel universal life force energy. Students begin developing sensitivity to energy and gain a practical understanding of the human energy system, including the chakras.
A major emphasis of Level 1 is learning how to perform Reiki on oneself, through regular self-treatment practices, students begin cultivating a deeper relationship with the Reiki energy while supporting their own physical, emotional, mental. Students receive their Level 1 Reiki Attunement, a sacred energetic initiation that opens and strengthens their ability to channel Reiki energy.
Level 1 is often referred to as the "healing the healer" level because its primary purpose is to facilitate personal healing, self-discovery, and energetic development. It lays the foundation upon which all future Reiki training is built.

You’ll learn four powerful symbols and advanced techniques, including Distance Reiki Healing, which allows you to send healing energy across time and space. The Reiki Master Course at Inner Radiance Institute is an immersive, four-day training that integrates both Level 3 and Level 4. This advanced course is designed for those ready to elevate their Reiki practice to its highest potential. You’ll refine your skills as a Master Practitioner, deepening your healing techniques and understanding. Additionally, you'll gain the expertise to teach and attune others as a Reiki Master Teacher, learning how to pass on the knowledge and attunements to future practitioners.
In this comprehensive training, you'll focus on mastering advanced Reiki techniques and learning additional symbols, including the Master Symbol. You’ll gain a deep understanding of the attunement process, enabling you to pass on Reiki attunements to others effectively. The course includes a Reiki Level 3 attunement, which enhances your ability to channel Reiki energy and prepare you to teach Reiki.
As a Reiki Master Practitioner, you'll be equipped to perform advanced energy work and guide others through their Reiki journey. You’ll learn how to teach Reiki, pass attunements, and mentor future practitioners.
